Origin of the Sword of Power Part II:
(See Part I)

When Megdiathas wielded Soulbane, all of Angeldom quaked at his power. The Angels amassed to discuss the danger and how to counteract it. After much conversation, however, they could think of no way to neutralize the power of the arch-Devil's cruel sword.
Then a human mage, Sirrhmaueh, came to the Angels. He proposed to make for them a weapon that would equal Soulbane, using his own skills of weapon-crafting and the vast knowledge and power of the Angels. They agreed, on the condition that the weapon would be used only to combat Soulbane, and not to slay any creature. Sirrhmaueh acquiesced to this singular demand.

He took a large quantity of Angelic Steel, a white metal that varies in its apparent weight depending on the morality of the soul of the one touching it. From this he crafted a great blade, and set into it eight of the Star Spheres, glassy orbs which could bestow upon mortals and objects the powers of the Angels themselves.

When the sword was finished, it glowed with a pure light that brought awe to those who beheld it. Because it was made to dispel darkness and bring light, Sirrhmaueh named the sword Morningcall.

Physical characteristics: though the sword is quite large, it feels nearly weightless to one disposed of a pure soul. To the wicked, however, it is immensely heavy and can damage them easily. The sword's shape makes it effective for both slashing and stabbing. Its length gives it a masterful range, but limits its movement in closed quarters.

Powers: The sword's main power is its ability to heavily damage demons and other beings of evil
because of its weight differential. The Star Spheres embedded within it increase the wielder's strength and vitality. It has an additional trait that gives those around it a sense of peace and calm.
